At this modern new build home, Different Doors created two wooden sectional doors, finished in afrormosia. The garage doors open upwards and are installed completely flush with the facade. Invisible when closed, until the moment they open and reveal themselves.
The garage doors are installed so that, when closed, they integrate entirely into the facade. This effect is achieved through the use of vertical wooden slats that continue across both the garage doors and the rest of the facade cladding. The result is a sleek interplay of lines, without interruptions or visual disturbances. The warm, natural tones of the afrormosia wood align perfectly with the neutral colours and natural elements that recur throughout the design of the home.
